How many sessions will I need?

A lot of work can be covered in a short amount of time with Dynamic Shifts®. The amount of sessions needed will vary from person to person on what you want to accomplish.

One session may be all that is needed to transform anxiety, heal relationships, physical conditions and stress, build up self-esteem and confidence. You may choose to return for more assistance or to bring healing to other parts of their life.

Many times my clients will experience a shift within one session. However, sometimes the belief systems around the issue are more complex and need deeper belief work done over a few sessions to achieve their desired change.

To determine how many sessions you will need ahead of time would really depend on the negative subconscious belief systems attached to your issue and how fast they reprogram into positive and empowering ones.

Your brain works much like a computer system. It will bring back the same problem over and over and over again, until the problem is solved. Now we can reprogram or Shift your beliefs for the better!

There is not a sickness that someone has that is not serving them or giving them a benefit. Same with our emotions.

Your brain is smart is can be trained - it can be trained to do all kinds of things to get you what you want in life. With Dynamic Shifts, we train your brain to remember something your spirit already knows how to do.
